Bedroom Haul

So recently I've accumulated a few things for my bedroom, just to add something a bit different and help me with my organisation (lets face it, bedrooms never stay tidy!) It has also recently been my birthday and a few of my gifts were for my room so I thought I would add those in too.

The first thing I got was these heart shaped hooks. I originally got them to go on the back of my door but they are the ones which slot over the top meaning the door can't close properly, I knew this would of got on my nerves so I decided to put them on my wardrobe instead. They're great because when I can't be bothered to hang items of clothing up I just hook them on here instead of chucking them on the floor!

As well as clothes I also needed somewhere to store all my hair products, I usually sit on the floor by my mirror to do my hair so all my products were also on the floor. They weren't organised at all and often ended up all over the place so when I spotted this pretty pink tin in Asda I thought it would be ideal! I later realized it was actually a planter (used in the garden to plant flowers) but who cares it does the job for me! I loved it so much that I picked up a similar one to put my straighteners and hair dryer in!

My next item is just a big jar which says "bits and bobs" on the side, I found it down the kitchen aisle with all the tea and coffee caddies so I'm guessing it was designed to go in the kitchen but hey ho! I thought it would be great to put all the random bits and bobs that start to collect on my bedside table and make it look messy. At the moment its filled with things like make up wipes, earphones, my iPod and some moisturizer. Oh and a bit of string ?!

The next couple of things were birthday presents which I absolutely love!

I hope this blog post has given you some inspiration for your own bedroom, who knew you could use garden items in your room?!
